Cancellation Hotel Group booking policy 

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to KBB Congress 2026. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment Policy:

• Upon confirmation, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.
• By 28th October 2025, an additional 30% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 80% of the total reserved allotment.
• By 23rd January 2026, an additional 20% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.

We kindly inform you that the final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel through bnetwork.
Your credit card will be charged for the full stay before receiving your confirmation.

Important: You are authorizing bnetwork to charge the provided credit card as per the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

• From confirmation until 27th October 2025, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. 
• From 28th October to 22nd December 2025, 30% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.
• From 23rd December 2025 to 23rd January 2026, 20% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.
• From 24th January to 9th of February 2026, 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.
• From 10th February, 100% of the allotment night by night is due in case of cancellation.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: london@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation Modification Changes: All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website "My account" section at london@bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.


Personal Information Protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).
